The pleasantly sweet Doble Miel orange blossom mead contains twice as much honey used for fermentation as the original Odin recipe. It is fresh, easy to drink, with an exceptional exotic aroma and taste.
The exceptionally sweet wine mead is made by controlled cold fermentation, without heating. Unsulphured. The taste really dominates the sweetness of the honey, but the typical character and taste of the Zweigeltrebe variety remains.
Sweet and sour blackcurrant mead is made by controlled cold fermentation, without heating. Unsulphured. Significantly more sour, but excellent currant taste.
